From June 14th to September 14th 2008, Expo 2008 will take place in Zaragoza
with the theme Water and Sustainable Development.
During these three months, the Expo park will be open from 9 am to 9 pm and from
9 pm to 3 pm on Expo Nights.
An estimated 70 to 90 countries are expected to participate in Expo
|
2008, as well as NGO’s and businesses from around the world. The number of visitors is estimated to exceed six million.
The world in which we live is coming to realize that water is one of the most
important natural resources we have.
This great resource, however, is in grave danger because of misuse, poor
administration of resources, and the
|
climate changes we face due to a lack of care for our environment.
It’s our desire to demonstrate how the Evangelical church is addressing this
important issue and participating in the sustainable development of this vital
resource.
